Our client in Pemba is looking for IT Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of mining sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, including hardware and software problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects, including testing and quality assurance.
• Installation and maintenance of IT hardware, troubleshoot and resolve related issues, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, mobile phones etc.

Requirements: 
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field CompTIA N+, CCNA
qualification desirable.
• 3-4 years of experience in networking or a related field.
• Experience with network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Self-starter, team player who can also work autonomously.
• Professional, thorough approach working to the highest standards.
• High level of commitment and dedication.
