Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor

Alongside EPC contractor activities for major clients, Renco has made significant investments in Cabo Delgado, including a five-star resort in the Mecufi area, the port infrastructure known as PBT, a multifunctional center, and two apartment blocks that accommodate primary oil and gas clients in Pemba.
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer/Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of civil engineering and quantity surveying for our projects. This includes overseeing project planning, design, budgeting, and cost management to ensure successful project completion within the stipulated time and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- List the activities done at site;
- Evaluate additional works;
- Prepare and catalog photographic report of the activities in progress;
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bill of quantities (BOQ);
- Conduct cost analysis and cost control measures;
- Monitor construction progress and quality assurance;
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
