Our client in Tete is looking for a Product Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Transport sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:
• Review and manage the component repair quotation and delivery time presentation to customer.
• Keep the customer updated about the components repair workflow and deadlines.
• Manage the delivery of the component back to the customer.
• Prepare bulletin of measurements to be submitted to customer.
• Promote the component schedule replacement at target customers.
• Prepare and submit the annual component repairs demand planning of target customer
Requirements:
• High skilled in Excel in order to keep a component follow up spreadsheet.
• Knowledge of power train and hydraulic components system operation.
• Knowledge of power train and hydraulic components repairs process.
• Knowledge of parts reusability general criteria.
• Sound business communication and presentation skills. Sound PC knowledge (Microsoft Office).
