Our client in Tete is looking for a Technical Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Automative sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities: 

• Establish and manage effective mechanism of resolving all Service Quality issues and challenges
• Ensure effective IT Service management and operations frameworks, policies and procedures are in
place and update.
• Provide Management Reports to the Infrastructure delivery manager.
• Create a culture of high performance, optimization and innovation through effective team performance
management.
• Provide technical/professional support and maintain healthy diverse internal and external relationships
(customers and Vendors) to ensure achievement of functional and organizational goals. Implement
remedial actions where necessary.

Requirements: 

• Qualified in relevant trade (Diesel Mechanic / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic/) post
apprentice/learn ship experience.
• Machine specific technical knowledge and skills/ CATERPILLAR certificate in Engine /
Earthmoving Equipment is preferable.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advance technical report writing, is mandatory.
