Our client in Maputo is looking for a Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Financial sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct telephone calls, responding to basic queries about the company and its services.
- Keep the reception area organised and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as receiving and distributing correspondence and packages.
- Maintain visitor logs and collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Complete high school, with preferences for technical or higher education in Administration, Secretarial or related areas.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles will be an advantage.
- Ability to use computers and office software (MS Office, customer management systems, etc.).
- Proficiency in English.
