Our client in Tete is looking for a Planning Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of mining sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities: 

• Managing and implementing the onsite backlog management system, backlog store and backlog
KPIs.
• Analyze and distribute weekly and monthly site fleet performance KPIs and relevant condition
monitoring reports to key stakeholders in order to determine corrective actions required to
sustain and improve performance.
• Managing onsite WIP, work order closing and work order history.
• Facilitate, coordinate, reviewing and updating the long-term plan (component replacement
schedule).

Requirements:

• Qualified Artisan or Mechanic in relevant trade (Heavy Plant or Earth Moving Equipment).
• Exposure to business planning and budgeting process.
• Basic business and financial acumen.
• Sound business and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of MSOffice.
