Our client in Maputo is looking for a Operations Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Renewable Energy sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory reporting, planning, and forecasting using Vlookup, Pivot tables, and advanced Excel formulas.
• Independently design sustainable solutions for operational processes.
• Handle end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring effective vendor management.
• Oversee system transactions for all inbound and outbound logistics.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting to support financial planning and ensure alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Purchasing and Supplies, or Business Management from a premier institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the supply chain line, preferably in FMCG.
• Knowledge and working experience with a robust ERP/WMS (SAP materials management module knowledge is an added advantage).
• Excellent hands-on experience using computer tools such as Excel (macros, V-lookup, charts, pivot tables).
