Our client in Maputo is looking for a Program Optimisation Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Renewable Energy sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage of users and pricing groups.
• Setup and management of SMS functionalities.
• Escalation and resolution follow-ups for Energy Officers’ activator or HUB error messages.
• Conducting monthly field visits to gather feedback.
• Test new products/services in both office and field environments.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree/ a Diploma in project management or related field with at least 2 years of program management experience.
• Experience synthesizing data for decision-making and program design.
• Experience in Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in designing and developing development programs and projects.
