Human Resources Intern
Pathway Consulting is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support daily HR activities. The intern will have the opportunity to assist in the recruitment and selection of candidates, support the onboarding process for new employees, and contribute to the development of training programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating employee records and HR data, as well as participating in the preparation of reports and analyses.
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Advance knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Candidates must be under 26 years old.
