JOB INFORMATION ▶ Work Location: Xai-Xai ▶ Industry: Non Profit Organisation ▶ Education: Related fields ▶ Experience: Between 5 to 10 years ▶ Languages: Fluent in English & Portuguese ▶ Salary: Industry standard

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Portuguese & English ( Changana preferable also);
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with govt entities, implementing partners, beneficiary families, colleagues at the Xai Xai and Gaza regional office and with the headoffice personnel in Maputo with a spirit of mutual cooperation and respect;
• Time flexibility till the activity's accomplishment in the field and wrap up before leaving;
• To have a greater sense of empathy, care, respect, patience and passion of dealing with deserving community people, while assessing their needs and implementing activities and programs accordingly;
• To be able to visit Maputo for monthly meetings, trainings and reports submissions;
• Should be in possession of a valid motorcycle driving license.
