Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Portuguese & English (Changana preferable also);
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with govt entities, implementing partners, beneficiary families, colleagues at the Xai Xai and Gaza regional office and with the head office personnel in Maputo with a spirit of mutual cooperation and respect;
- Time flexibility till the activity’s accomplishment in the field and wrap up before leaving;
- To have a greater sense of empathy, care, respect, patience and passion for dealing with deserving community people, while assessing their needs and implementing activities and programs accordingly;
- To be able to visit Maputo for monthly meetings, trainings and reports submissions;
- Should be in possession of a valid motorcycle driving license.
